My birth doula support is designed to provide guidance, education, and continuous encouragement throughout your pregnancy and birth experience. Services include an initial consultation, a personalized birth preparation course, continual availability for questions and support, and in-person labor support. After birth, I also provide two postpartum visits to help you transition into recovery and early parenthood with confidence and care.

About Stephanie
I’m Stephanie, a Birth and Postpartum Doula, as well as a certified Mental Health Coach. I believe the Lord has called me to help women navigate the seasons of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with joy, peace, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. My aim is to equip women with the tools they need to thrive in their role as mothers.
My approach to birth support is deeply relational. I value evidence-based guidance, biblical truths, and compassionate care for the beauty and challenges of bringing life into the world. While we can’t always predict how birth will unfold, I am committed to supporting each mother and family, holding the encouragement of the Lord as we navigate the nuances of birth.
As a Christian, I believe we are all made in the image of God (Imago Dei), and that birth is a profound reflection of the Lord’s design. It is a true privilege to walk alongside families as they expand the Kingdom of God, and it is one of the deepest honors of my life.

Navigating Birth and Beyond
At Imago Birth you will be encouaged to learn the steps for a peaceful birth and postpartum. Having a doula should include emotional, spiritual and physical support. I work to prepare mothers for what may come during the birth process. Going over logistics like stages of birth, pain management postpartum care. Im committed to encouraging mothers to stay connected with your spouse and the Lord through this process. Men are not the enemy. In birth they are the Father, biggest support and the spiritual lead of their wife. My goal, while making the mother priority, is to also support the entire unity of a family as they usher in new life.
